Many executives feel like they don’t have anyone around them to go to for insight and unbiased counsel. This leaves executives without a much needed refuge to think aloud, ask questions they can’t as their subordinates, and gain helpful insight that they wont get from anyone else in the organization.
Executives need relationships with wise counsel that they see eye to eye with. These relationships seldomly exist within a typical organization structure, and that’s where we come in. In our executive coaching, we serve as a personal board of directors. This is where we step into the role of confidant, accountability partner, and painter of perspective that executives desperately need to be at their best. This kind of support enables the executive to come through in powerful ways for the organization that’s counting on them.
We believe with the right approach, executives can be healthy people that are engaging in healthy ways with everybody under their guidance. To get this result, we not only coach the executive, but also coach the system the executive is in. We do this by interviewing everyone the executive has contact with to fully understand the environment and circumstances they operate under. As we work with our executives, we continue to coach the system they’re in so that the progress the executive makes is in alignment with their organization and contributing to the greater good - not just themselves.
